| Garlic Bread |

Ingredients:

1 loaf French, Italian or Sourdough bread, sliced |
| |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
| |
2 cloves garlic |
| |
2 scallions, white and green parts |
|
| |
Directions:
Mince garlic and scallions together until finely chopped and well mixed.
Using a pastry brush, dip into oil and spread on sliced bread.
Spoon 1/4 teaspoon of garlic-scallion mixture onto bread and spread around with back of spoon.
Broil until golden.
